Caffe Latte

Caffe latte is an espresso based drink with added steamed milk in greater proportion than the Cappuccino. This is possibly the third most popular coffee based drink in the world. There are many variations of taste with the Latte and can quickly replace a delicious sweet treat in between meals!

Workflow
Brew ratio: The ratio between espresso and milk is aimed to be between 1:4 - 6. It has therefore a lighter coffee taste compared to a cappuccino. Also, which you will notice is not what you get in the popular coffee chains, the layer of foam is aimed to be thin!
